Nyange Adventure is an exclusive daytrip of Zama
Tours and takes you away from the busy sandbanks
where everybody goes. In the morning you board the
wooden mashua boats in Stone Town and start the
day with a boat ride to Prison Island. A drink and
snack will be provided upon arrival after which you
visit the giant tortoises, the oldest one at the
moment having 197 years!

Mid-morning you leave the island and head to the
opposite of the normal circuit, to the isolated Nyange
sandbank, about 30 minutes distance from Stone
Town. Approaching the white sandbank surrounded
by the turquoise waters of the Indian Ocean invites
you already for your first dive into these clear waters.
Upon arrival, snorkeling gear is ready.
